First Item : Tabaud Application Objective
According to the health system and its implementing regulations (in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), the Ministry of Health has approved health standards on which the Tabaud application has been developed, and the characteristics and functions of this application will be subjected to any additional instructions issued in implementation of the regulations and provisions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in order to achieve the health and safety goal envisioned for the application by involving individuals in controlling the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, and limiting the expansion of its spread, in order to gradually reduce the restrictions imposed on social life and other activities.
Second Item : Working Conditions of the Application
According to the instructions of the Ministry of Health (in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia); Tabaud application is a way to notify anyone who is in contact with those infected with the novel coronavirus, where individuals can download and use Tabaud application to achieve the health and safety goal envisioned for the application and benefit from obtaining direct and proactive notifications in case of detection of any recorded infection case for the purpose of requesting direct health support. Those objectives could be achieved through the following:
1. Download the application from the Google Play Store or Apple Store and use the app for free and voluntarily.
2. Bluetooth must be turned on for the application to work.
3. The application does not need to know your identity or the people you are in contact with.
4. The application does not collect any data related to the geographical coordinates of the application user, nor about the owners of smart mobile devices used for the same application, nor the identification of smart mobile phones connected to it.
5. The application does not collect or process any data that does not achieve the goal referred to in this document.
6. Any data collected in the application is processed for the purpose of controlling the outbreak of the novel coronavirus and is not used for any other purposes.

Third Item : Sending User Data Policy
The application sends camouflaged identifiers to the smart phones used for the same application, which were registered during the period of contact with those infected with coronavirus, accompanied by the data of the infected persons’ devices, according to the policies that the two companies have devolved (Google and apple).
Fourth Item : Service Description
1. By just downloading the app on the smart phone, it can detect, using Bluetooth technology, other nearby smart phones that also use the same application.
2. The application can know how close it is to other smart phones that use the same application, and this allows the application to get an idea of the closest smart phones and thus notify their most vulnerable users through the application.
3. If the user of the application reports that he or she has symptoms of the novel coronavirus, users of all smart phones close to it during the previous 14 days will receive notification from the application to take the necessary precautions for that.
4. Through notifications, application users will know that they may be near someone infected with the novel coronavirus, to take the necessary precautions for that.
5. The application helps to warn people who may get infected as a result of socializing with people who have been tested positive.

Fifth Item : User Obligations
The (Tabaud) application was developed with the aim of engaging individuals in controlling the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pandemic and obtaining relevant notifications that the application sends in accordance with the approved health standards, and users are entitled to benefit from the application according to the following:
1. Downloading and using the application means the automatic approval of the terms and conditions mentioned in this document.
2.The user can use the application's features to know relevant health warnings and support preventive actions and measures taken to counter the novel coronavirus pandemic.
3. By using the application, the user agrees to process the data according to the organized health standards and the preventive measures taken to confront the novel coronavirus pandemic.
4. By sending data of an infected or suspected user - optionally - through the application (ID number for citizens or residence permit “Iqama” number for residents, as well as entering the date of birth and mobile number), the user is considered to have agreed to data processing, and to health procedures used to control the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
5. The user of the application is entitled to exit the application at any time without conditions.
6. The user of the application agrees to receive the notifications related to the objectives of this document.
7. The user of the application is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the application.
8. The user of the application agrees to grant the application the permission to use the data related to him in accordance with the provisions mentioned in this document and the privacy policy of the application, and to enable the Bluetooth feature and run the application permanently to send and receive notifications related to the application.
9. The user infected with Coronavirus agrees to grant the application the permission, in accordance with the provisions mentioned in this document and the privacy policy of the application, to use data related to achieving the goals of the application (Tabaud), in accordance with the preventive measures taken to confront the pandemic of Coronavirus, and obliges to enable the Bluetooth feature permanently to be used to send app notifications.

The user infected with Coronavirus agrees to grant the application the permission, in accordance with the provisions mentioned in this document and the privacy policy of the application, to use data related to achieving the goals of the application (Tabaud), in accordance with the preventive measures taken to confront the pandemic of Coronavirus, and obliges to enable the Bluetooth feature permanently to be used to send app notifications.
Sixth Item : General Conditions
1. The management of Tabaud Application is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of the application.
2. The management of Tabaud Application is not responsible for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) that may fall on the user due to the use of the application.
3. The application can only be used after agreeing to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
4. Tabaud Application has the right to refuse receiving reports that does not comply with the objectives of this document.
5. Tabaud Application has the right to add or change any of the terms and conditions, and the application will notify the user accordingly.
6. Application services are free and available to anyone in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are intended for use only for people who live in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
7. Tabaud Application has the right to temporarily suspend the service when it is necessary to maintain, develop, amend, or make updates to improve performance or address technical or security problems in the application.
8. The application does not guarantee that the services will be always available or that access to them is free of errors or without interruption, as the application has the right to suspend, withdraw, stop or change all services or any part thereof including the entire application (Tabaud) without prior notice. The management of the application will not be responsible to the user of the application, if the services are not available for any reason.
9. The application decides to change or terminate the application as it deems appropriate, considering health measures and precautions.
10 . Accessing (Tabaud) application for the purpose of tampering with its properties, circumventing it in any way, violating the security of the application, attempting to steal data or copying or assisting with that, in addition to trying to use the application (Tabaud) on any device or operating system modified against the will of the manufacturer of the supported operating system, including devices freed from the restrictions imposed by the device manufacturer and without their approval, is a crime for which the perpetrator shall face penalties and provisions established against violators of the preventive measures taken to confront the pandemic of the Coronavirus, in addition to the penalties stipulated in the penal system for forgery crimes and the system to combat information crimes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
2. The management of Tabaud Application is not responsible for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) that may fall on the user due to the use of the application.
3. The application can only be used after agreeing to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
